Activity & Relax
When it comes to ACTIVE HOLIDAY ROUTINES sometimes is harder to follow usual eating and exercise patterns, especially in a new place, perhaps with an exciting food buffet, and a pool or beach to lie on or all the hearty meals during a summer holiday.
Try walking to places as much as possible, take advantage of fresh air to go for walks especially in early mornings and late afternoon. A good start is a WALK or BIKE RIDE from our property to St. Peter's Church (distant approx. 2 km) in the middle of the bay.
It's bell tower next to the church, but today it is in a "shortened" version because after a lightning strike in 1906 it was demolished up to the level of the first floor. In the belfry is our Croatia's oldest bell, which was the work of the left-handed monk Luka from Venice from 1290. The monastery, and later only the church, gave the name to this bay, Supetarska Draga - St. Peter Bay.
