Why and on what basis we process data

We use data to answer inquiries, prepare and manage reservations, meet legal obligations and improve the website where consent has been provided. The legal bases are steps before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest and consent, depending on the situation.

Service providers and transfers

Data may be processed by our hosting and email providers and, if you choose them, communication services such as WhatsApp. Optional analytics runs only after consent. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and security

Inquiry data is kept only as long as needed to respond and manage a possible reservation. Booking and accounting records are retained for periods required by Croatian law. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards.
